Refund & Exchange Policy
Our aim is to provide our customers with an amazing online shopping experience which includes ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the products that you have ordered.AKADIA FASHION accepts the Refund/Exchange for the order in the same day of receiving the order for reasonable reasons as below:*If we sent you a wrong size( Example: you have ordered “S” size but we have sent ”M” size), or wrong color.
- If we sent to you a defective dress.In case of exchange or return, delivery fees will be charged, except if a mistake in the order from our side*If size didn’t fit, we accept only exchange (in this case we shall take the final decision to accept the return or exchange the order under 2 conditions:
- Sending the order back in the same condition( New, unused, with the tags).
- Cover the shipping costs
Return Policy
We accept returns on a case-by-case basis and for specific reasons, and specific dresses in the same day of receiving the order .
- In case the dress is defective from our side .
- In case you receive different color.
- We do not accept refund or exchange at all if the item has any kind of alterations or custom made according to the customer request or the given measurements from the customer side because the measurements regularly provided by the customer and on the customer’s responsibility but we may accept alteration as a kind of good customer service from our side.
- In case the size is incorrect as you ordered .
- In case the customer order was installments (Tabby or Tamara ) if the customer order above 300 AED and the shipping was free the amount will be refunded without the shipping fees.
- If the order from outside the United Arab Emirates we won’t accept returns or exchanges unless the customer covers the two ways shipping fees .
